- Tembisa MegaMart (Tembisa) – Acquired in 2016, this 14,039m² shopping destination is anchored by Pick n Pay and Build It, with minimal vacancies in a rapidly expanding retail node.
- Bambanani Shopping Centre (Diepsloot) – Opened in 2017, this 18,800m² centre is home to 58 tenants, including Shoprite and Cashbuild. A community-focused hub, its five-a-side soccer pitch enhances engagement and consumer spending.
- Siyabuswa Retail Centre (Mpumalanga) – Established in 2021, this 7,500m² centre is anchored by Shoprite and Waltloo Meat & Chicken, with an exciting new anchor tenant arriving in 2025.
- Goodwood Mall (Cape Town) – Acquired in 2022, this 13,640m² retail hub, anchored by Pick n Pay, has been recently redeveloped, offering a refreshed tenant mix and improved spaces.
Upcoming Developments:
- Matumi Mall (Nelspruit) – A premium 10,000m² retail centre anchored by Checkers, set to open in July 2025.
- The Oaks Mall (Limpopo) – Another 10,000m² retail hub anchored by Shoprite and Cashbuild.
Together, these developments will create over 2,000 jobs during construction and generate 300 permanent jobs per 10,000m² of retail space.
Spar Retailers
We operate a network of five Spar & Tops stores across the Limpopo region, with two new SuperSpars set to open in Siyabuswa and Soshanguve in 2025, adding 5,000m² of retail space.

- Cattle Operation – Situated in Limpopo, our feedlot and processing facilities in Modimolle & Mookgophong support a fully integrated supply chain, from backgrounding to nationwide distribution via our fleet. Our goal is to process and distribute 60,000 cattle annually.
- Strawberry Business – Our 26-hectare hydroponic farm in Limpopo supplies high-quality strawberries to both local and international markets, including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai. Starting with just 45,000 plants in 2019, we are expanding to over 1.3 million plants by 2026. Our focus remains on scaling production while enhancing margins and efficiency.
- Cradle Farms (Cannabis) – Acquired in September 2023, Cradle Farms has grown from a 1,000m² facility to 7,000m², focusing on the production of high-quality cannabis flower for both local and export markets. With the cannabis industry still in its early stages, this operation provides exposure to a high-growth sector with significant upside potential and opportunities for vertical integration. Our 5-year goal is to produce ±2,000kg of premium cannabis annually.
